Job Title: Supply Chain Product Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of products that optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will own the product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery and post-launch analysis—working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain, IT, engineering, and analytics.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of supply chain systems and processes, combined with the strategic mindset of a product leader who can drive innovation, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain systems, including but not limited to WMS, TMS, ERP, inventory, and planning tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, ROI, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver solutions that improve demand planning, order fulfillment, procurement, inventory visibility, and logistics performance.
- Monitor product KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, inventory turnover, OTIF) and supply chain metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of trends in digital supply chain transformation, automation, and AI/ML applications.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, user adoption efforts, and change management in coordination with operations and training teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and assess external tools and platforms that can support or enhance the supply chain tech stack.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or product management, preferably in a cross-functional or global environment.
- Experience managing technology products or systems used in supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions: procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, planning, and fulfillment.
- Familiarity with ERP and SCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.
- Proficient in Agile or SAFe methodologies; experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), PMP, or Scrum Product Owner.
- Experience with supply chain data analytics, dashboards, or AI-driven forecasting tools.
- Background in e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, or retail supply chains.
