Job Title: Anthropologist / User Researcher
Location: Hybrid onsite 2 days/wk in San Francisco, CA
Terms: Contract to Hire
Local candidates only. There is a need to be onsite at least 2 days per week.
Position Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to aid in building software products and platforms different verticals. This role would help develop a deep understanding of customer personas and pain points, develop customer journey maps and collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to develop methods for understanding users
- Gather insights about customers from a variety of research methods, such as surveys, interviews, diary studies and usability studies
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative results and convey those insights to the appropriate people
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles
- Knowledge of different research methods, such as qualitative, quantitative, exploratory, evaluative, generative, and descriptive
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
