We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all onsite activities of industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects.
· Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
· Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any design or construction challenges.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and cost tracking.
Lead and mentor onsite staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in industrial or manufacturing construction.
· Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
