As an Industrial Painter/Powder Coater you will have access to a wide variety of tools used in the industry to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. Our painters handle material from 1"inch up to 40 foot beams and we have the ability to accomplish this safely and with great quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Wash, clean, and wipe down parts to be painted
2. Protect all components as required for painting and sanding
3. Mask, paper or grease components when appropriate
4. Operate necessary equipment (dual action hand sander, electric lifts, etc.)
5. Use basic hand tools and other small power tools associated with equipment and prep work prior to painting operations
6. Perform minor bodywork and maintain condition of components through the entire paint process
7. Train and work in various areas of production in response to production demands
8. Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of materials
9. Follow verbal and written work instructions
10. Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards
11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
12. Regular attendance required
13. All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year(s) of experience in a manufacturing or general labor industry
- Must be able to lift 65lbs or more
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 year(s) of experience in a industrial paint-related occupation

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
