- U.S. Citizen
- Active/recent (last 24 months) U.S. government security clearance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cisco UC server administration
- CCS – Collaboration certification
- CompTIA Security
Desired:
- CUCM training
- Cisco Prime training
- legacy switch administration
- telephony firewall management
Job Description:
- Provide O&M support for new, existing, and future VoIP (secure and non-secure) technologies.
- Technical support for existing and growing VoIP networks, system upgrades and equipment purchases.
- Maintain Call Managers, gatekeepers, and gateway equipment.
- Monitor and identify capacity, quality, and performance issues for VoIP traffic.
- Configure and install VoIP phones including firmware and PKI.
