About the Position
Golden State Warriors are looking for talented Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic Partnership Insights team. As a member of the commercial creative group, you will focus on Premium Sales & Service, responsible for creating captivating multimedia content that drives sales and renewals. Your expertise in design principles, visual storytelling, and current trends will be instrumental in developing high-impact sales proposals, engaging sizzle reels, and compelling departmental materials. This position reports to the Director, Partnership Insights.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CAKey ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of the creation and maintenance of proposals and presentations for Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries & Chase Center Suites, Premium, SuiteXchange, Private Events Sales & ServiceCollaborate with the sales and service teams to create custom graphics, photos, and render mock-ups that effectively communicate objectives and outcomes for premium productsEdit video content from premium and private event experiences at Chase Center, transforming them into captivating sizzle reels that drive salesPartner with Suite Service team to create end-of-year recap presentationsDesign and produce high-quality creative assets such as invitations, marketing collateral, and event signage to support departmental needsSupport overall commercial creative efforts inclusive of the Golden State Warriors & Valkyries Partnership teams and VIP Guest Experience teamAbility to capture dynamic and engaging footage of specific subjects (e.g., premium events and stakeholder interviews) using a handheld camera or smartphone is a plusOther duties as assignedRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic / Multimedia Design, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years of professional experience in multimedia designStrong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Visme and / or Prezi, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design softwareExperience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills; strong attention to detailAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environmentTime CommitmentAbility to maintain a flexible schedule including non-traditional hours, weekends and event daysCompensation$36.00 per hour BonusComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for employees and dependentsEmployer 401K matchVacation, Summer Half-Day Fridays and a generous paid time off plan for pregnancy and parental leavesWarriors home tickets, team store discount and more!
