We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate an Industrial CNC Router.
A CNC router operator uses a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) router to cut various materials such as particle board, MDF, Corian, plywood, melamine, and laminate. Your duties as a CNC router operator are to set up the machine properly before beginning work, operate the machine safely, and make programming adjustments when necessary. The Machine Operator is also responsible for inspecting parts for visual and dimensional defects.

✨️JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Set up and operate 3 axis CNC router
- Select and maintain proper tooling
- Plan routing by studying work orders, required materials, and project deadlines
- Maintain a functional, clean, and safe working environment
- Overtime may be required to meet scheduling requirements
- The ability to make decisions based on communication between Supervisors, Project Managers, Engineers and Teammates
✨️EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
✨️EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Previous CNC Machining operation (preferred)
- Cabinetry/woodworking shop environment (preferred)
- Working knowledge of machinery and measurement tools (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Good organizational skills
- Must have very good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Must be able to maintain a clean, safe and functional workstation
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of standard and metric units
- Forklift certified is a plus
✨️PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
✨️WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 - 3:30
- 15 min break, 30 min lunch
