Description
Groff Tractor & Equipment a leading construction equipment dealership in Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for a FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR in our Paving & Material Processing (PMP) Division.
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for:
- Supervision and support of 8 to 10 field service technicians
- Field service and repair of machines and equipment
- New and used equipment preparation
- Warranty repairs
- Rental/Lease fleet maintenance and repairs
- Administrative duties required
The successful candidate will have:
- A good working knowledge of operations and mechanical functions
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Supervisory and management training in related fields
- Leadership skills in a specialized repair environment
- A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects
- Strong computer skills
- Good communications skills with customers, co-workers and management
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet the driving policy requirements
