Overview:
GT Flow Technology is seeking dedicated Production Associate to join our team in and manufacturing environment. We manufacture parts for paper machines, primarily focusing on plastics. Our work requires attention to detail and the use of basic shop tools to ensure every product meets our high standards. As a Production Associate , you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, helping us create quality products with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly floor
- Follow production guidelines and specifications to fabricate products
- Use hand and power tools to assemble components
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with quality control checks during the manufacturing process
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Operate forklifts for material handling tasks
