As we continue to grow we are looking for a Bilingual (in Spanish) Customer Service Associate (CSA). CSA's communicate with agencies, clients and their employees to anticipate and resolve issues.
This fast paced position requires:
- Excellent phone skills
- Organization
- The ability to focus and prioritize tasks
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- 1 year of experience relevant to the work performed
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
General Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Job-Related Experience: Clerical experience; experience answering phones
