As a Director of Operations Administration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive functions through advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization. This position requires a blend of executive assistant responsibilities and expertise in managing, analyzing, and presenting complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will lead operations training programs to enhance team performance and efficiency, overseeing comprehensive training initiatives and leadership development.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to create informative reports and dashboards.
- Strategic Decision Support:
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executives and senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives based on data analysis.
- Executive Support:
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the data management framework.
- Operations Training:
- Lead operations training programs to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Oversee comprehensive training initiatives for claims processing, customer service, payroll, and enrollment procedures.
- Develop and coordinate leadership training programs to cultivate managerial and supervisory skills.
- Design and implement training curricula to ensure consistent and high-quality instruction.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to support ongoing professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize feedback and performance data to refine training strategies and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in data management, analysis, training, and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PPT, SQL, Access, or BI tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
- Work is performed in a typical office setting or from a home office. Travel may be required.
