What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you are the primary client contact, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while driving revenue growth through contract renewals, enhancement sales, and irrigation services.
Client & Portfolio Management:
- Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients.
- Conduct proactive site visits to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track service opportunities, and manage sales pipelines.
- Understand client goals, reporting structures, and budget cycles to tailor service proposals effectively.
Sales & Contract Renewals:
- Prepare and deliver landscape maintenance contract renewals 45 days before expiration.
- Identify and propose landscape enhancements, irrigation upgrades, and water management solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries and bid requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Close sales by presenting clear, value-driven proposals and following up systematically.
Operations & Quality Control:
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure service quality meets GTLS standards.
- Monitor new account onboarding and oversee the first four service visits to ensure a smooth transition.
- Identify and resolve site hazards and service issues before they escalate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience – 1 years in landscape account management or 3 years in a client-facing role with strong relationship-building skills.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills – Experience with contracts, service agreements, and proactive sales strategies.
- Technical Knowledge – Basic understanding of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and enhancement projects.
- Communication & Organization – Strong written and verbal communication, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and scheduling software.
- Valid Driver’s License – Required for job-related travel to client sites.
