Responsibilities:
- Manage home buyers and sellers after a deal is signed, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
- Set clear expectations and keep clients informed about timelines, next steps, and deadlines.
- Negotiate price reductions, repairs, and other transaction issues with ease.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and agents to keep deals on track.
- Deliver a high-level client experience by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
- Able to think quickly and resolve issues to keep transactions on track.
- Comfortable with negotiations and willing to learn advanced techniques.
