Position Summary
The Senior Data Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Requires a deep understanding of business intelligence tools, data visualization techniques, and advanced analytics. The Analyst will design and implement executive dashboards, develop predictive models, and automate data processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Analyst will identify key metrics, develop robust data models, and uncover trends that inform business strategies. Involves ensuring data integrity, maintaining compliance with data governance standards, and promoting a data-driven culture. The Analyst must have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and apply machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.
- Create and maintain business and functional requirement documents.
- Automate the import and processing of multiple data files from various sources.
- Automate data extraction/transformation tasks using APIs and Python to streamline reporting processes.
- Analyze markets and competitors, crafting data-driven narratives with visuals and presentations.
- Design and maintain BI solutions by leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Lead BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate BI solutions with existing systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
- Drive user adoption of BI tools to promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Develop and maintain BI solutions in compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 regulations.
- Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key corporate metrics and reporting requirements.
- Communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a Data Intelligence Analyst role or a similar position.
- Proven experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Saleforce, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
- Experience in managing and leading BI projects.
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, with additional experience in Python-based visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Proficiency in Python. Experience with Python machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience in managing BI projects end-to-end, driving user adoption and data-driven culture.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with data warehouse principles and architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, provide actionable insights, and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
