- Good customer relations and communications skills
- Prior experience or knowledge of parts sales for construction equipment, farming equipment or automotive
- Basic computer skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Capable of multi-tasking while working with customers and co-workers
- The ability to manage a high volume of calls
