Assistant Manager
We are in search of an Assistant Manager to be responsible for the overall performance and success of our power equipment shop
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to perform a variety of duties to help drive our business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service and a committed to outstanding store management. The successful candidate will also be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive and excellent customer experience
- Work with and understand Parts ordering systems.
- parts and whole goods inventory managment.
- Supervise work schelule for technicians.
- Understand products to facilitate salesmanship.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED required. . A high level of organizational and problem solving skills is required. A strong desire to provide excellent customer service is also required. Must have a strong desire to be a team player and possess a level of knowledge of yard and lawn equipment and repair.. Must be willing to work some weekend hours as needed. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
