GT Midwest is seeking to hire an e-Commerce Intern , Online Customer Support Analyst, who is looking to develop skills for enhanced website performance and improved customer experience while working with our e-Commerce Manager and Content Specialist.

Position Details:
Start Date: Mid May 2025
· Hourly Rate: $15.00
· Role: Intern working directly with our E-Commerce Manager, who is also the Project Manager for the ERP implementation.
· Responsibilities:
· Data management, including input and clean-up.
· Updating data in the new ERP system.
· Contacting customers and suppliers to obtain updated information.
Requirements
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Enrollment in an acc redited university/college program to receive credit.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-directed and able to work independently.
· Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
