Job description
GTT is looking for a charter bus driver. You will transport charter passengers via 38 to 56 passenger motor coaches in Texas and surrounding areas to anywhere in the continental United States.

We are searching for both part-time and full-time drivers to work during the week as well as weekends.
Job Duties:
- Conduct pre and post trip inspections
- Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public
- Review trip order and schedule to be familiar with trip route and itinerary prior to trip
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
- Help disabled passengers get on and off the bus
- Follow a planned route according to a time schedule
- Obey traffic laws and state and federal transit regulations
- Follow procedures to make sure all passengers are safe
- Keep passengers informed of possible delays
- Communicate with dispatch and mechanics to relay issues and address concerns
- Handle paperwork and reports
- Use electronic device to record shift time
Requirements:
- A current Class A or B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements
- A clean driving record
- Good communications skills and ability to communicate and read well in English
- Be able to pass a DOT Drug Test and a DOT physical
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds to assist passengers with luggage
