GT Ventures, LLC is an e-commerce furniture manufacturer in North Las Vegas, Nevada. We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team. This position will provide office support to optimize workflow procedures in our Operations Department. The Operations Administrative Assistant will collaborate with the Plant Manager and Operations Department with all aspects of managing and disseminating information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile daily reports from each warehouse department
- Create, maintain, distribute, weekly employee schedules
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Produce and distribute memos
- Schedule, update, and manage department and personnel calendars
- Process and submit expense reports and receipts
- Finalize SOP's, Operations & Maintenance Manual
- Assist team members when necessary
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. This position will also operate in a warehouse setting collaborating with department managers and employees daily.
