What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst position at GTA (Global Technology Associates)?
Looking to hire a Business System Analyst to work on-site in Overland Park, KS.
This position requires proficiency in SQL and have experience in Azure Databricks and Alteryx.

What will you be doing as a Business Analyst?
- Meeting with customer groups to understand their business process and collaboratively brainstorm solutions (15%)
- Design solutions independently & with development team (15%)
- Implement solutions with SQL code, automation workflows, and data (50%)
- Deliver solutions to customers with training and adoption support (10%)
- Solution monitoring, maintenance, fixing, and documentation (10%)
What do you bring to the table as a Business Analyst?
Working experience with:
- Azure Databricks SQL / Notebook development
- Alteryx automation and rapid prototyping
- Geospatial analysis and modeling
- Data cleansing, reconciliation, & establishing quality controls (QCs)
- End-to-end (concept through implementation) delivery of quality solutions in a rapidly changing environment with limited requirements and oversight
- Designing reports and dashboards for all levels from working team to executive
