This role involves data entry for Admissions, gathering data from transcripts, applications, residency status forms, and Career and College Promise information. The specialist must maintain confidentiality, work with minimal supervision, and provide quality customer service to students. Additional duties include maintaining and purging records, assisting with registration preparation, and acting as a backup for student application data entry. A thorough knowledge of institutional policies, curriculum programs, academic regulations, and registration data systems is required.
