A global audio/video firm is looking for a Contact Center specialist with strong VoIP and MS Teams proficiencies. You will work on our CCaaS product.
You should be an expert in working with Contact Center environments, having a background in Contact Center as a Service. Strong cloud skills are also essential, with Azure and AWS. Our product integrates directly with MS Teams, so Teams skills are also fundamental for this role. You should have extensive experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX, Web Chat, and general telecom. You should be coming out of a SaaS environment too.
You will build and work on an omnichannel contact center. You will provide API and database integrations, work with voice networking, and interact with clients.
