Our manufacturing capabilities range from military training enclosures, live fire ranges, bathroom/shower units, expeditionary camps, medical facilities, water treatment systems, and energy storage enclosures.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Assembly Technician to assist in mechanical and electrical assembly for our modular fabrication projects. This role involves blueprint reading, power tool operation, and hands-on construction tasks to support heavy industrial assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Assembly & Construction
- Industrial Assembly Technicians will perform skilled repetitive assembly operations to support production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate builds.
- Industrial Assembly Technicians will use power tools and mechanical measuring equipment for assembly tasks.
- Complete sheeting, trimming, plumbing, and general construction as required.
- Clean parts prior to production use when necessary.
Quality Control & Safety
- Industrial Assembly Technicians will maintain precision and adherence to safety protocols throughout all tasks.
- Support inventory handling, cycle counts, and material transactions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
✔ Industrial Assembly Technicians must have 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly and/or general construction
✔ Experience in heavy industrial assembly, including mechanical and electrical assembly
✔ Industrial Assembly Technicians must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
✔ Proficiency in using power tools and mechanical measuring equipment
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
✔ Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal guidance
✔ Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
✔ Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel as required
