What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for your dedicated client base, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Own the payroll process by managing deductions, earnings, garnishments, levies, and generating accurate reports.
- Train and support clients on payroll, time tracking, and HR systems like isolved.
- Evaluate and understand your client base and make suggestions on additional products and services that can help.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders-accountants, HR professionals, and insurance brokers-to deliver seamless solutions.
- Problem-solve like a pro, resolving client challenges with efficiency and care.
- Drive retention by building trusting, long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- A service-minded, analytical thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Proven ability to handle complex payroll accounts and master technical platforms like isolved.
- A coachable team player who can build strong relationships both with clients and internally.
- Detail-oriented multi-tasker with exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling would be a major plus.
- Experience in payroll, HR, benefits administration, or similar fields.
- Experience working on the isolved platform or other HCM platforms.
- FPC or CPP certification? Even better!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- Prior experience working in and supporting clients on HCM payroll solutions is a must!
