Job description
GTM Scribe LLC is in the business of consulting Veterans on their medical disability rating. We are one of the leading companies in our field. We have a unique opportunity to join our team as Transcriptionists.
Responsibilities
- Technical writing, transcribing, and records review
- Read, understand and transcribe medical information from a client questionnaire to a proper VA form
- Prepare pre-filled documents for medical evaluations
- Understand VA regulations on service-connected disabilities
- Review files and medical evidence to project new rating calculations
- Update Action Status and Lead Profiles in CRM
- Tracking data in excel or google sheets
- Assist with reduction of client medical records
- Manage to schedule of client appointments
- Collect missing client documentation
- Respond to client emails, voicemails, and inbound calls
- Communicate with third-party contractors and vendors
- This position is subject to “other duties as assigned” by the Company or its officials.
Qualifications:
- Two years experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and company CRM
- Detail-oriented – proofreading skills
- Able to work independently at a fast pace and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation to work
