About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Financials Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epicor ERP Financials module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epicor Financials, strong accounting and finance knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to drive financial process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Epicor Financials module implementations, configurations, and optimizations.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Epicor solutions.
• Customize and configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting within Epicor.
• Provide end-user training and support for financial modules.
• Troubleshoot financial module issues and provide resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards in Epicor configurations.
• Develop and deliver financial reports using Epicor reporting tools (SSRS, BAQs, Dashboards).
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and business processes.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with Epicor ERP Financials module (preferably in Epicor Kinetic or earlier versions).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
• Experience with Epicor Report Builder, SSRS, BAQs, and Dashboards.
• Ability to map financial processes and optimize them using Epicor ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Financial Configurations and Chart of Accounts setup.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, or other financial certification.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or Power BI for advanced reporting.
• Previous experience in Epicor Financials system upgrades and migrations.
