💼 Position Type: Direct Hire

⏰ Schedule: Night Shift (Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, plus one Saturday every 12-13 weeks)

💰 Compensation: $40-$62/hour (Based on Experience)

📜 Residency Requirement: US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager (Lab) to lead our Special Chemistry, Auto Chemistry, and Hematology Lab teams. In this role, you’ll oversee laboratory operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive performance improvements to maintain the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for managing a talented team, optimizing processes, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and supervise night shift laboratory operations, ensuring seamless workflow and quality output

✔ Manage staffing plans, hiring, training, and performance evaluations

✔ Ensure compliance with CAP guidelines, Quality Assurance standards, and state/federal regulations

✔ Apply clinical and scientific knowledge to solve operational challenges

✔ Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement

✔ Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership to lab teammates

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree required

✅ 6 years of Healthcare Operations experience (required)

✅ Clinical Laboratory experience preferred

✅ Current Florida Supervisor’s License in Special Chemistry, Auto Chemistry, and Hematology

✅ Professional lab certification (ASCP, AAB, etc.) preferred

✅ Strong leadership and people management skills

✅ Proven experience tracking and optimizing KPIs in a laboratory setting
