Position Overview :
The Senior Infor Consultant will demonstrate expertise in the functional areas of finance, cost accounting, MRP, planning, scheduling, project management, and system implementation within manufacturing. This role focuses on delivering billable consulting services and training to support customers using Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). Experience with discrete manufacturing environments is essential, along with a strong understanding of business process modeling and re-engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute and implement project plans effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and timelines.
- Engage in remote and on-site client interactions to analyze, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training to end-users.
- Conduct business process analysis and create detailed process models to optimize client operations.
- Develop, execute, and manage system testing and test plans.
- Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects, internal training, and additional consulting activities as needed.
