Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred
Location: Combination of mostly remote and some in-office (downtown Dallas)
Position Type: Contract. Potential for long-term and/or conversion to full-time depending on needs and your performance
Hourly Rate: $25ph
Start Date: April 2025
Shifts: Rotating (you must be open to rotating shifts)

What Your Background Should Look Like
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is strongly preferred
- 1 years of deep technical software support for Microsoft applications, including Sharepoint, OR Apple Software
- An obvious passion for software
- Enjoys writing

- Flexible with scheduling and working OT if needed
