Under the direction of the Production Manager will perform and oversee a variety of job duties for the Company.
Position Responsibilities< / b>
Daily job responsibilities / functions to include but not limited to : < / span>< / span>
- Check traveler for what company the job is for & look up specification for the type of paint. < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Read blue print to locate what areas need to be painted. < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Mix paint according to paint operation sheet. < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Achieve optimal paint thickness when applying paint to parts. < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Maintain clean work booth & paint equipment to ensure there is no contamination into the paint applied to the part.< / span>< / span>< / li>
- Unmask part with ease to prevent damage to part.< / span>< / span>< / li>
- Inspect part for imperfections and fix if necessary.< / span>< / span>< / li> < / ul>
Required Experience : < / b>< / span>< / span>- Ability to read Aerospace blueprints < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Familiar with all types of paints (ex. polyurethane epoxy & thermal barrier). < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Good math skills (ex. ratios & eddy current) < / span>< / span>< / li>
- High School Diploma or GED < / span>< / span>< / li>
- 3 to 5 years of experience < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Dependable professional and has good work ethic < / span>< / span>< / li>
- Candidate must be a team player< / span>< / span>< / li> < / ul>
