Assembly Technician
Highlights:

Position Type: contract/ contract to hire
Hourly / Salary: based on experience $25/hour
Residency Status: US Citizen
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for Installation of hardware (rivets, inserts, etc,), chasing threaded holes as required and Bonding operations.
Position Responsibilities
The following are essential position accountabilities:
- Verify product meets specification conformance.
- Verify product meets the requirement of the MOT and/or B/P.
- Inspect product prior to assembly for damage.
- Verify hardware meets MOT and/or B/P requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Identify and tag rejectable items prior to submission to Inspection.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in the English language.
- Adaptability to varied requests from management.
- Technical knowledge of hardware installation, Tapping, and Torque specifications.
- Ability to confirm all products meet the requirement of the MOT and/or B/P.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. minimum.
- Blueprint reading skills
