- ABOUT THE POSITIONGTN Technical Staffing is seeking a skilled Civil Designer to contribute to residential and site development projects. This role emphasizes advanced proficiency in Civil 3D software to create and manage engineering designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and industry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.Apply expertise in Civil 3D to design and refine models, plans, and detailed drawings for residential and site development projects.Analyze site drainage, grading, and infrastructure needs for moderately complex projects.Prepare comprehensive construction plan sets for agency permitting and approval processes with minimal supervision.Generate topographical profiles using existing survey data and construct precise surfaces for earthwork calculations and volume comparisons.Perform quantity take-offs from conceptual and finalized construction plans.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS2 years in the following skill sets…Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.Certification in CAD software, with an emphasis on Civil 3D expertise.Experience in commercial or residential land development design
