Job Summary:
We are looking for entry level candidate to work on the support operations. This role focuses on optimizing system performance, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and production teams to streamline workflows and support decision-making with accurate data insights.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or something similar
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal systems.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve material and labor variances, implementing corrective measures.
- Manage and improve cycle count processes, addressing discrepancies with targeted solutions.
- Review system data entries and reports to detect errors, determine root causes, and develop effective fixes.
- Provide user support and training to enhance system proficiency across departments.
- Advise on system configurations to align with operational goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering to establish product costing, bills of materials, and routings.
- Handle multiple priorities effectively, offering strategic solutions in complex scenarios.
- Support the implementation and management of operations.
