L1 Desktop Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients in person.
- Basic printer troubleshooting and break/fix experience
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Handle tickets in a timely manner
- Experience with Service Now and AD
- Work independently or with managers or other techs
- Have strong CS experience dealing with end-users
- Be able to work overtime when requested or necessary
- Be able to multitask and prioritize many different projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- 1 years of experience
- Previous ServiceNow / large ticketing service exp
- Able to hit the ground running
- Able to pass a drug test prior to starting
