Job Overview :
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Prophet 21 (P21) Business Systems Analyst for a 6-12 month contract to support, enhance, and optimize their ERP system. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Prophet 21 development, system administration, user training, and reporting. This role will require hands-on work with DynaChange, SQL, Report Configuration, and other system customizations to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for P21 users.
- Customize and configure DynaChange screens, roles, and rules to improve workflows.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database configurations for performance and reporting needs.
- Work with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or other reporting tools to configure and modify business reports.
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend P21 enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption and efficiency within P21.
- Assist with integrations and third-party software solutions related to Prophet 21.
- Support upgrades, patches, and system testing to ensure smooth operations.
