Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Consultant to assist our client with system enhancements, process optimization, and user training. This role requires expertise in Pricing, Costing, Production, Inventory, EDI Implementation, DynaChanges, and Business Rules to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and optimize Pricing, Costing, Production, and Inventory processes within Prophet 21.
- Implement and configure EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions for seamless integration with partners and vendors.
- Develop and refine DynaChanges and Business Rules to enhance system functionality and automation.
- Conduct end-user training and create documentation to ensure adoption and effective use of system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Prophet 21 system issues related to the above functional areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide recommendations for best practices and process improvements within the P21 environment.
