Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Prophet 21 Support Analyst to join our clients team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Prophet 21 ERP users, delivering end-user training, and working on various projects to improve system utilization. Proficiency in SQL and development skills are a plus, as is a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day support for Prophet 21 users, addressing system issues, resolving errors, and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the Prophet 21 system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on system-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Analyze user needs and develop solutions to improve workflows and system efficiencies.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, leveraging SQL to extract and analyze data from Prophet 21.
- Work with development teams or independently on customization and enhancements to the system.
- Provide recommendations to improve system adoption and utilization based on user feedback and system performance.
