Senior Business Analyst, PLC (Product Lifecycle Management)
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type : Contract, Full-time, Exempt
Compensation : $55-60 / hr.
Citizenship Status : Eligible to work directly on W2 basis
Reports To : IT Director, Program Management
Schedule : Onsite in Fort Worth with remote on Fridays. Will work Monday –Friday (8 : 00-5 : 00 PM, flexible)
Position Details :
Large pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will provide support and documentation for an IT implementation team. Will supports the design, development, and deployment of Business Services, applications, systems and processes through analysis and implementation of business strategy and objectives of the assigned organization and external influences, for example, competitors, regulatory requirements, best-in-class practices, and economic factors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a broad understanding of the assigned business processes and how the respective technology platforms and configurations support the business processes, and the business rules embedded in the processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business team members to identify and document business user requirements and analyze business processes / capabilities to identify, influence, and act upon improvement opportunities.
- Conduct requirements workshops (as needed) and business process analysis workshops (as needed, using a Kaizen approach) describing current and future state scenarios and determining actions to reach the future state targets.
- Participate in validation and implementation activities (writing of test scripts, formal and informal testing) for system implementation and upgrades.
- Ensure good global communication and interaction with Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) international colleagues worldwide by asking for global input on above mentioned applications and reports / dashboards.
- Work with assigned project teams to provide compliant implementation of computerized systems to meet Current Good x Practices (cGXP) requirements.
- Provide guidance in the development and delivery of compliant IT systems.
- Prepare training materials and deliver user training for QRA and RA international colleagues, as required. −Collaborate with data migration teams, as required.
- Participate in other department activities / initiatives, as required. −This role requires adherence to specific cGXP requirements and execution according to the valid Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
