Location : 100% On-Site in Las Colinas / Irving, TX
Position Type : Direct-Hire
Salary : 150-170k annual plus 10% bonus

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in Cisco and Spine-Leaf architecture to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on network expert proficient in small to medium sized data center environments , WAN technologies , and network security , capable of architecting reliable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage Spine-Leaf networks using Cisco technologies, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Implement and maintain secure, high-performance networks across multi-vendor platforms including firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) and WAN optimization tools.
- Collaborate with teams to align network solutions with business needs, delivering reliable and secure services.
- Continuously monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues swiftly to maintain optimal uptime.
- Lead network security efforts, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and contribute to network evolution strategies.
- Provide documentation of network architecture, policies, and processes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for network support.
