Treasury Analyst APAC

Job Summary:

Are you a Junior Treasury Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? GTreasury is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in treasury operations who is ready to deepen their expertise in treasury management systems, financial instruments, and risk management.

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in client implementations, analysing complex business requirements, configuring treasury solutions, and providing expert guidance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with global clients, enhance your project management skills, and contribute to the optimization of corporate treasury operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead client discovery sessions to gather and document treasury and financial requirements.
• Configure and implement GTreasury’s solutions to meet client needs, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Serve clients across ANZ, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong (max 25% travel to be expected)
  
• Analyze financial data and treasury workflows, applying best practices to improve cash management and risk mitigation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation process, ensuring smooth client transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to test system functionalities and recommend enhancements.
• Act as an SME on treasury operations, cash forecasting, and risk management.
• Train clients and internal teams on treasury best practices and system usage.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in treasury solutions.

Who You Are:

• A Treasury Analyst or experienced Junior Treasury Analyst with at least 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or corporate banking.
• Strong knowledge of treasury workflows, cash management, and financial instruments.
• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP financial modules is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to clients or internal teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling, SQL, or data analytics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Enrolment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus
