Your Role: As part of the recruitment team, you'll gain hands-on experience in every step of the hiring process. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, interact with candidates, and be part of the team that drives recruitment efforts for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Attracting top talent using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth process for candidates from outreach to offer acceptance.
- Building relationships with candidates and offering guidance throughout the process.
- Promoting our employer brand to candidates, embodying our company values and ethics.
- Contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes and systems with the HR team.
What You Bring:
- Internship or work experience that shows your ability to handle responsibility and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—that allow you to connect with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time effectively.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience.

Job Type:
- Full-time; Monday through Friday, availability between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
