Responsibilities:
- Execute precise mixing of ingredients and spices according to established formulas and work orders.
- Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal batch consistency.
- Conduct material handling tasks, including weighing, transferring, and storing ingredients.
- Follow stringent quality control procedures to maintain product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced enviornment that can be pretty physical as it can require consistantly lifting up to 50lbs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or warehouse using heavy equipment
- Proficient in following detailed instructions and work orders accurately.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting and material handling duties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Comfortable working in an environment with strong aromas and spices.
