- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for therapists.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.
- Support therapystaff with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
