You'll be the primary point of contact for patients and assist them with all questions or concerns. You will also manage various administrative tasks within a therapy office setting, utilizing your knowledge of office procedures and organization skills to enhance the overall patient experiences.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for therapists.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.
- Support therapy staff with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience is preferred.
