Business Analyst (BA) - Salesforce Oncology Implementation (Front End)

Overview :
The Salesforce Business Analyst will support the Quest Oncology SFDC project by gathering and documenting requirements, developing user stories, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable solutions that optimize Salesforce Health Cloud for oncology workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, including process flows and user stories, for the Order-to-Cash solution.
- Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Assist in creating and validating the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Solution Design Documentation.
- Configure Salesforce Health Cloud features such as workflows, dashboards, and data integrations to support project goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical developers.
- Support testing phases, including test script creation, defect resolution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end users post-implementation.
- Maintain project documentation, including data mappings, design specs, and testing artifacts.
