Job Description GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Utica, New York. Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 03 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Home Health RN - Requirements - Will accept local candidates (local rate applies for less than 75 miles). - Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM. - Home Health experience required. - Patient visits : Minimum of 5-6 visits per day . - Mileage reimbursement : 65.5 cents per mile (federal rate). - No on-call or weekend shifts. - Active and registered RN license in New York. - Valid New York State driver’s license. - Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred). - Computer literacy required for data entry, retrieval, and report generation. - Ability to work with patients and families of all ages in diverse healthcare settings (inpatient facilities & home care). - Ability to drive in varying weather conditions . - Must be physically capable of lifting at least 40 lbs , as well as performing tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, and bending .
