RN SUPERVISOR 168 bed facility 12 hour Nights 7pm-7am The facility has a mix of long term , short term and dementia . No trachs or vents . Acuity level depends on admissions and the current resident medical status . Head to toe assessment , ER transfers in collaboration with medical providers , admission and order second checks.
