Certified Certified Athletic Trainer Lead - St. Louis, MO
Shift: Primarily 1st shift; 40 hours/week (occasional 2nd/3rd shift as needed)

Pay: $70k-$80k
About the Role: We seek a Certified Athletic Trainer Lead in St. Louis to focus on injury prevention and symptom intervention in an industrial setting. You'll lead a team, engage with employees, and contribute to wellness initiatives to improve safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
· Set goals, manage budgets, and ensure program success.
· Recruit, train, and develop team members.
· Provide injury prevention and symptom management services.
· Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
· Develop wellness programs and educational materials.
Requirements:
· Degree in Athletic Training and Missouri licensure.
· CPR/AED certification.
· 3 years of experience in health/wellness field.
· Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
· Ability to work in diverse environments (manufacturing, office, outdoor).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
