Prioritized must-haves for the Heavy Equipment Operator:

- Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak English.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and climb ladders. Frequently required to kneel, squat, bend, and reach.
- Must possess the ability to develop a positive working relationship with customers and employees.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Must Possess current Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B), if required for the equipment and vehicles operated, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to the assigned site(s).
Other Key Requirements:
- On-site role
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
- Work hours will be Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4pm.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, and excavators on construction sites.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of concrete mixers and dump trucks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain a valid CDL A license and comply with all driving regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
