Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Pain Management team in Lawrenceville, GA. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates eager to learn. You will work alongside a physician and clinical staff to provide expert care for patients dealing with chronic pain.
Key Responsibilities
Specialization in Pain Management with hands-on small and large joint procedures
Provide direct patient care, including physical exams and medication counseling
Perform steroid injections using ultrasound and fluoroscopy (training provided)
Educate patients and families on pain strategies and medication use
Conduct follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia (Required)
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program (Required)
1–2 years of experience in pain management, primary care, or related fields (Preferred)
Experience with trigger point injections and nerve blocks (Preferred)
New graduates encouraged to apply and will be trained
